Who we are

Old Man Media LLC is an independent studio based in Florida. We produce video series, audio, and goods, and we publish that work under several brands on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and our own websites. This policy covers this website, the social accounts we run, and the publishing tools we use to post to those accounts.

What we collect

We keep this as small as we can.

• Email. If you write to us, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to send. We use it to reply and for nothing else.
• Website. This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard connection data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
• Orders. If you buy goods from one of our stores, the store platform and our print partner process your name, shipping address, and payment under their own privacy policies. We never see or store your full card number.

Our publishing tools and Meta platforms

We use a publishing app registered with Meta, named Old Man Media Publishing, to schedule and post content to Instagram and Facebook accounts and Pages that we own. The app is used only by us, on our own accounts.

• The app receives access tokens and basic profile information for our own accounts so it can publish posts, read the status of those posts, and show us their performance.
• It does not collect, store, or sell information about the people who view, follow, or comment on our content.
• Account tokens and post data are stored on servers we control, and we do not share them with anyone.

When you interact with our posts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or X, that platform's own privacy policy applies to what it collects about you.

How we use and share information

We use information only to answer messages, fulfill orders, and run our own accounts. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We disclose information only to the service providers named above so they can do their jobs, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation or required for business records. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Publishing tokens are deleted when we disconnect an account from our tools.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete any information we hold about you, including anything connected to our Meta publishing app. Email brands@oldmanmedia.org with the subject line "Data deletion request" and tell us the email address or account name involved. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days. If you connected an account to our app and want to remove its access yourself, you can do that at any time from the apps and websites section of your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Children

Our work is made for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and we will delete it if we learn that we have.
